1. General

• These terms govern your use of services provided by Le Glam Studio.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability.
• Appointments can be booked via call, walk-in, or online (if applicable).
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 6 hours prior to the appointment time.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

• Payments for services and products can be made via cash, UPI, debit/credit card, or any accepted digital wallet.
• All services must be paid in full immediately after the service is rendered.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Service Satisfaction

• Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours.
• We will do our best to resolve the issue, including possible re-service at no extra charge, subject to management discretion.

5. Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while on salon premises.
• Le Glam Studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

6. Health and Safety

• Please inform your stylist or technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your service.
• We maintain high standards of hygiene and use sterilized tools and quality products.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition is deemed unsafe for the client or staff.

7. Children and Pets

• Children are welcome under adult supervision.
• For safety and comfort, pets are not allowed inside the salon unless they are service animals.

8. Gift Cards and Packages

• Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Expiry dates apply as mentioned on the card or voucher.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Le Glam Studio and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

10. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected is kept confidential and used only to provide better service or communicate relevant offers.
• We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

11. Right to Refuse Service

• Le Glam Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or disrespect towards staff or other clients.
